I cannot recommend Michelle and Shell Belle Properties HIGHLY enough. As a property owner, finding someone you can truly trust and rely on is everything, and Michelle has gone above and beyond for me more times than I can count.

She is the rare property manager who is both a sharp, highly capable professional and a genuine person to work with. She handles the logistics of my property with total autonomy. For example, she recently stepped in to resolve a complex utility and plumbing issue from start to finish without me needing to get involved at all.

After having several frustrating experiences with previous management companies, finding Michelle was a complete turnaround. The level of follow-through, transparency, and detail-oriented attention she brings to the table is night and day compared to what I’ve dealt with in the past. It is a huge relief to finally have a go-to person who is proactive and consistently hits the mark. We have stayed in over a dozen short term rentals, with several being in New Orleans. This house has been far and away, the most comfortable with the nicest amenities. The pride that our hosts have in this property is evident. They obviously asked themselves what guests would need to be comfortable and to feel “at home” and then attended to those details. We are grateful for their thoughtfulness and for their hospitality.

We just stayed at a Shell Belle property over Christmas and this was the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Crisp white linens and duvets like a hotel, luxury amenities and an awesome locals guide so we didn’t have to roll the dice with google reviews/yelp. So much thought was put into it and communication was seamless! We’ll be back.

Our experience with Shell Belle Properties began with an introduction meeting to discuss a proposal for staging and management of a 30+ rental property. Instead of returning with just the requested proposal, they took the extra step to research the exact location and discover that we had the opportunity to apply for an STR license, something to which we'd been completely oblivious.

From that point forward the process couldn't have been any easier nor the results of the finished location more stunning. Shell Belle handled 100% of the paperwork / guided us through the application process and what was necessary from our end. Upon receiving approval they did a magnificent job staging our location from scratch and, as confirmed by guest after guest, continue their incredible work through the management process.

We couldn't have been luckier to discover this company via what was originally just supposed to be a simple fact-finding / proposal generating meeting. There's plenty of other management companies out there, but they won't come close to the personalized service you'll receive from Shell Belle Properties.

Above and beyond is an understatement to describe this home and host. I have stayed in tons of Airbnb’s and have never had such an amazing host. First off, the home is stunning. I have been misplaced while my home is being fixed and Michelle’s home made the stress of life go away when I walked in and was excited every time I stepped foot back into this home. The kitchen is stunning 🤩 if you love to cook this home has everything you need. Huge living space. TV’s in every room. A jacuzzi tub and bidet in master bath. The back porch and backyard is amazing. I was concerned about my service dogs getting under the house and within days(which she never had to do) had the fence repaired and lattice put up so I didn’t have to worry. Everything above what I needed or expected. This New Orleans property management company exceeded my expectations. She’s very kind and a terrific host and I’m so sad to leave. I 100% recommend and would stay again! Book this Airbnb you won’t regret it!!!

This was an incredible month-long stay! The home is full of character—true NOLA charm with a rustic touch. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it came with all the extra touches you could ever need. The neighborhood has a great up-and-coming vibe, and we were able to walk to several fantastic spots for food and cocktails. The house itself was comfortable, welcoming, and had such great energy. The property management team was extremely responsive and accommodating. If I could give it six stars, I absolutely would!
